AELŌ carefully prepares every order for delivery. We currently offer delivery within South Africa and to selected international destinations, including Zambia.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch.
Orders are not normally processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery
Delivery options and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method available for your location.
Estimated delivery times will be provided where available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, customs processing or circumstances outside AELŌ's control.
South African Orders
Orders within South Africa are delivered using our available courier services.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where tracking is available.
International Orders
International delivery may be available to selected destinations.
International customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country may be the responsibility of the customer.
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

While we work with our delivery partners to ensure orders arrive as expected, AELŌ cannot guarantee delivery dates.
